The hub is compatible with a wide range of devices, including Apple MacBook Pro (2016-2020), MacBook Air (2018-2020), various Lenovo, Dell, HP, and Microsoft Surface models, as well as ASUS Zenbook and Chromebook devices.
It's important to note that the hub does not support USB-C display output for devices with USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 ports (5Gb/s data transfer only). Make sure your laptop has the appropriate USB-C port standard (Thunderbolt 3, USB-C 3.1 Gen 2, or USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 with Power Delivery) to support multiple displays.
Additionally, the power supply is not included in the package, so you'll need to use the wall charger from your laptop. The hub will subtract 5W from the adapter, so if you're using a 100W power adapter, the actual charging power should be 95W.
The 4K display resolution is supported, but on Windows systems, it's only available when a single HDMI port is used. On Mac systems, 4K is supported with either a single or dual HDMI connection.
The SD and TF card slots cannot be used simultaneously. On Windows, only the TF card can be read, regardless of which card is inserted first, while on Mac, only the card inserted first can be read.
